Clients may choose online coaching simply for guidance with his/her current regimen, or the convenience of having a program tailored for them at the click of a button. If you're looking for a well-rounded style of strength and resistance training, I'm your guy. My training philosophy meshes well with the majority of individuals' needs and wants because I'm a busy dad with a full-time schedule, so I understand the need for something consistent, clear cut, and time-efficient.
Sustainability is my number one factor when it comes to developing an effective training regimen and living an overall healthy lifestyle. I don't believe that "being in shape" means that you need to spend hours per day in the gym in order to reach your goals. I take a "short and sweet" approach to my style of strength and conditioning which is very versatile for anyone with a demanding schedule who is looking to build muscle or lose body fat.
